1. How long will it take to resolve my complaint?

Once you submit a report, our team reviews it within 24–48 hours. You will receive an initial response via email with a tracking number for your case. Most standard issues (like shipping delays or incorrect items) are fully resolved within 3 to 5 business days.

2. Can I edit my report after I’ve submitted it?

To maintain a clear paper trail, reports cannot be edited once submitted. However, you can reply directly to the confirmation email we send you to provide additional details, updated photos, or further clarification.

3. What happens if I received a damaged item?

Please keep the original packaging and the item itself. Our support team will likely ask for 3 clear photos: the shipping label, the external box, and the specific damage on the product. Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.

4. I reported a missing package, but the tracking says "Delivered." What now?

We recommend checking with neighbors or your building manager first. If it’s still missing after 24 hours from the “Delivered” timestamp, file a report here. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf to locate the package or issue a reimbursement.

5. How will I receive my refund if my complaint is upheld?

Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after we process it.
